Cancellation & Refund Policy
CABINS AND EASTER BOOKINGS:PRE-PAYMENTS
All reservations for cabins and Easter weekend require payments in advance to secure the booking. Any cabin or site that has not been pre-paid according to our Terms and Conditions will void the reservation and no guarantee of that cabin or site will be made. Cancellations:
Undue Weather There will be no refunds for cancellation due to undue weather, unless Janowen Hills closes the camping grounds.
ALL PAYMENTSChanges after Check In:Refunds will not be available if you reduce the length of stay or change your mind about staying with us, due to bad weather or otherwise. If you have a medical emergency, we will only offer a credit/refund for the unused portion of your stay. Please do not be offended if you are asked for proof of the medical emergency. 4WD Access Pass: There will be no refunds issued for any 4WD access pass once the vehicle has already entered the tracks. Refunds: At the Park Managements discretion, any request for refunds are to be made in writing via email to info@janowenhills.com.au within 5 business days of the departure from the park. - The pre-payment is refundable up until 14 days prior to the arrival date (an administration fee applies).
- Janowen Hills reserves the right to charge a $20.00 administration fee for all cancellations.
- If any cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival, Janowen Hills reserves the right to forfeit the pre-payment.
- If any cancellation is made 7 – 14 days prior to arrival, Janowen Hills reserves the right to issue a credit for the amount of the booking, to be used within 6 months from the date of the original booking.
- Failure to Notify of Cancellation (or No Show): In the event the guest does not notify Janowen Hills of a Cancellation or No Show, the booking will be deemed cancelled and the payment forfeited if the guest does not arrive.
