About Janowen Hills
Camp and 4WD in the Goomburra Valley
Nestled in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, Janowen Hills is situated in the beautiful Goomburra Valley two hours west from Brisbane through Cunningham’s Gap and about an hour drive south of Toowoomba. The property consists of approximately one thousand acres, mostly comprising hilly terrain and rocky gullies, with a well grassed area for camping grounds beside a flowing creek. This beautiful camping ground is just a short drive to the Main Range National Park, Goomburra Section with exciting views from the lookouts.
Open since April 2004, Janowen Hills has established over 100 4WD tracks. Tracks are rated from easy, medium, difficult and extreme. The camp grounds are also accessible to 2WD vehicles, and caravans are also welcome.
There are no motor bikes permitted on the 4wd tracks, this includes all types of motor bikes (ie. dirt bike, quad atv dirt bike).
